Good morning!
Time for your morning coffee!
I woke up late, coz I pretty much slept late. But yeah, I will be having my coffee in a while.
In the meantime, I just realized that I have no more funds for the weekend! *tsk*
Great thing there's PayManila to help me out. Almost always when I am in a cinch, I can definitely turn to PayManila for my needs.
If you do not know what PayManila is, check out their website. It is geared to help Filipinos with their... uhm. Bills. :D
Now.. for some coffee!!

A quote from Rainer Maria Rilke
"In the deepest hour of the night, confess to yourself that you would die if you were forbidden to write. And look deep into your heart where it spreads its roots, the answer, and ask yourself, must I write?" ~ Rainer Maria Rilke
Incidentally, this is the same quote that is written in German on Lady Gaga's inner arm as one of her recent tattoos.

email posting
i am sending my post via email.
why?
because.
there are some days when the Internet gods do not favor me with high speed Internet. since i happen to favor my email address with more attention than having to log in and out of blogspot, i shall post via email whenever i feel like doing so.
cheers.
what is life without coffee?
i sit here, pondering the meaning of life without coffee.
for the past few months, i strove to live without coffee, musing life through broken rose-colored spectacles, struggling with ideas that may or may not have any point at all. i made statements with capital letters and made sure to end them with dots.
but did that get me anywhere?
i don't think so.
i endured almost daily migraines instead.
migraines.
day-long ones that invaded my head as though they were the size of soccer balls.
then something happened.
unfortunate as it was, it happened and then i drank my first aromatic caffeinated cup. then the second, then the third.
then the migraines went away.
oh, tut! do not school me that it was psychological. maybe it was, maybe it wasn't. but for me, it was liberating, like all my nerve endings screamed a joyful, "Hallelujah!"
well now, i take my coffee. not brewed though. that often brings the migraines screaming back. but i do not shy away from an aromatic cup or two every day.
now the days are cold and you know what makes me happy other than a nice bowl of noodle soup?
you got it.
coffee.
now, shall i pour you a cup?
